My journey in high-performance sport has been defined by a single principle: Consistency over spectacle.

Currently competing in League1 Ontario with FC London and representing Western University as a varsity athlete, I've spent the last decade navigating the demanding environment of semi-professional and collegiate athletics.

But the stats and the roster spots don't tell the full story. The real work happened in the shadows—during the seasons when I wasn't even supposed to be there.
